BTR accounting and payroll services among Sweden´s Best Workplaces 2015
On March 19, BTR was announced one of Sweden’s best companies to work for by Great Place to Work ® Sweden.
(Stockholm, Sweden, March 19, 2015) Today the world renowned research and consulting firm Great Place To Work ® announced Sweden’s Best Workplaces and BTR was among the 15 listed companies in their category. The key to this year’s success is BTR’s leadership and transparency; but the winning formula for this was established just last year.
”In 2013 we participated for the first time in Great Place To Work ® survey. From that survey it became very visible that we had a lack of leadership within the company. Early 2014 we started to recruit a new management team with the right attitude and same innovative spirit that I have,” said Lena Johansson, founder and CEO. ”It is of course a pleasure to see what we have achieved in such short time as a team.”
Satisfied, committed employees are essential for our long-term success, and BTR will continue work for satisfied, committed employees and continue to build a culture of strong trust. Striving to maintain and achieve even better results together as a winning team.
”BTR has received very good reviews from their employees. With a culture of trust , combined with transparent information and a listening leadership, we are pleased to present BTR as one of the Best Workplaces in Sweden 2015″, said Maria Grudén, CEO of Great Place To Work ®
Here is what some of the employees had to say about why the organization is a great workplace:
”The authentic approach to new employees, the homey feeling. That is what comes to mind first.”
”The decision making is very effective. The office environment is so far from open plan you can get and the management team also value ”softer qualities.”
BTR was founded by Lena Johansson 1989 as a sole trade company with only one client. Today BTR have 35 consultants, serving around 300 clients around the world with HR, payroll, accounting and tax compliance.
The company is located in central Stockholm, Grev Turegatan 21, were it has been located since 2002.
